This style suits our Blade, Batten, Picket & Spear Top Sliding Gates
- Heavy Duty Gate Receiver when gate is in closed position at top of gate
- 2 x Wheels that you cut into the bottom frame
- 1 x Gate Stopper when gate is in open position at tail
- 7m of Galvanized Steel roller track ($20 per metre for extra roller)
- Nylon Block C-Channel in Black or White and 300mm long and 85mm wide
- Nylon Block
- Up to 7m x Z-Channel
- Includes screws and plugs as required for roller track
Roller Height: With the wheels and track, the gate will sit 70mm off the concrete to the underside of the gate
Note: You have to install a rear post to hold the Nylon Block C-Channel and most times there is a post 3/4 way to all the way to top height of the gate but needs to match up to where you install the Z-Channel. Your rear post should sit out around 80mm from the rear of gate. Either install a Full post or DIY a U bracket (See images)
You need to screw the Z-track into the back of your gate. If you have a centre Horizontal frame or similar that would be the place to install. If you youll need to attach at the top of the frame The Z-Track is what holds the gate upright while it rolls to the closed position. There are no top rollers on this style of Roller kit
The Z-Track fits inside the Nylon Block
The Nylon block slides inside the C-Channel and moves freely up and down as your gate opens and closes and bumps and wobbles etc
