How to Get Fast Prices

- SMS me your size to 0414237573

- Tell me what height and width YOU need the gate frame (usually a max width span is 2000)

- Tell me colour of slats, either White or Black or Dark Grey

- Tell me the gaps between pickets, see guide below

- Take or you hinge and lock gap as the gate will be smaller than the between post gate opening.

For example a typical 1000 wide x 1200 high picket gate with 100mm gaps and built Vertical slats and in Black, White or Dark grey would be $638.  That works out at $142 per SQM. This is a Cut to Size then flat packed as a DIY kit

The multi-purpose  top and bottom rail that we have developed have holes pre-punched every 40mm to give you a prefect vertical picket facade system that you can do DIY in any width or height that your job requires.

There are 2 horizontal rails per panel and allow the screws to sit inside then an aluminum cover conceals all the fixings for a great looking finish.

The gate frame is made from our interlocked channels that screw together with the Teks supplied.

Total depth of gate will be 106mm.

Select your between each picket width to get an accurate quote.  Obviously the closer the pickets, the more privacy but also the more aluminum is used so higher the price

We can provide kits with the following gaps typically. 

**100mm slats

- 20mm or 60mm or 100mm

**65mm slats

- 15mm or 55mm or 95mm

The slat pickets are 100mm 16mm.m or 65mm x 16mm.  The screw connection system is super strong with our internal ribs inside the pickets, the extrusion is connected using the included 4 x fasteners each picket.

The slats and rails come in 3 colours; Satin Black, Dark Grey or Gloss White.

You can build your gates between Aluminium posts or your own brick piers or other post material like timber or steel.

• The only supplier of DIY aluminium pickets in Australia with 2 internal ribs for strength and screw connection
• Powder Coated in 3 colour
• TOP QUALITY ALUMINIUM, NO RUSTING, SUPER STRONG - No paint ever!
• 3 Slat Colours to choose from: White, Black & Dark Grey
• Usually you fit you bottom and top rail around 10% of the overall slat length
• Fully concealed rear fixings
• Caps for the top and bottom of each pickets; Either Black or Dark Grey or White plastic caps
• Plugs provided for excess holes in horizontal rail.  Half of our customers do not use them. Either black or white

WE ALSO MAKE SLIDING GATES and FENCES TO MATCH- WE CUT, YOU TEK IT AT HOME

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

- When we quote you slat gaps this will be the gap between the slats.  The slat and gap may not divide equally into your width so we will advise what that gap is when we give you the installation instructions. Or ask us prior to the order.

- If only buying 1 x gate or 1 x panel then Australia wide wrapping and shipping is =$120.

-$200 flat rate fee to the Southside of Brisbane

-$250 flat rate fee to the Gold Coast, Ipswich or Sunshine Coast

**We use backload trucks for most of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
