- Tell me what height and width between posts.  Keep panels under 3000mm.  If wider add a 76mm post and divide the panels.

- Tell me colour of slats 

- Tell me what gap you need between each batten

- If you want a seamless look then its a MAX of 5400mm wide, but YOU still need a supporting post behind

For example a typical 2200 wide x 1600 high screen or fence with 30mm gaps and built Vertical slats and in Black, white or Dark grey would be $590  That works out at $253 per SQM. This is a Cut to Size then flat packed as a DIY kit.  If you used a 65mm gap then this same panel would cost only $188 per square metre

Pickets with alternate pickets is a premium OPTION for your fencing needs.  Quite a bit more classier then using the same all the way along your fence or gate line.

The multi-purpose  top and bottom rail that we have developed have holes pre-punched every 40mm.  Around 70% of the vertical battens will use these screw holes.  Some you will TEK your own hole and most you will use 2 screws per vertical batten anyway.  We will even cut 2 spacers to allow you to get your gaps between extrusion exact. Excess holes we give you plugs to fill them.

When asking for a quote you decide what gap you want BETWEEN each vertical extrusion. Obviously the closer the vertical the more privacy but also the more aluminum is used so the higher the price:

- 38mm wide slats with 65mm wide slats

- 38mm wide slats with 100mm wide slats

The screw connection system for blades and battens is super strong with our internal ribs inside the blades and the extrusion has been tested and when fitted is as strong as welding.

The facade extrusions and rails come in 3 colours; Satin Black, Dark Grey or Gloss White.

You can build your fences or screens between Aluminium posts or your own brick piers or other post material like timber or steel.

DIY System

• TOP QUALITY ALUMINIUM, NO RUSTING, SUPER STRONG - No paint ever!
• 3 Slat Colours to choose from: White, Black & Dark Grey
• Usually you fit you bottom and top rail around 10% of the overall slat length
• Full concealed fixings
• Caps for the top and bottom of each extrusion; Either black or white plastic caps
• Plugs provided for excess holes in horizontal rail.  Half of our customers do not use them. Either black or white

SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock

• Connect the top and bottom 40x40 rail with the 2 brackets to the internal centre or edge of your post or pier on both sides.  
• Decide where the rail will screw to blades.  Typical way to decide is use 10% of the slat length.  Then use that as the intersection for the top and bottom rail to the slats.  So if slats are 1200mm long then use 120mm from top of slat to the rail and also 120mm from bottom of slat to the rail.
• Using a tape, measure down each slat edge from the top with a bright marker
• Using 2 people screw the first extrusion to the edge of the first GAP we have nominated on the cutting sheets. Then every extrusion after that use the GAP you chose when we quote
• Continue the entire rail with top screws.  Use the 2nd person to hold slat firm to rail.
• Once completed screw in the bottom.  Normally no measurement is required for the bottom as the bottom rail should be firm and square
• Leave your gap between slats as shown on speed sheet.
• If you need posts then 76x76m Posts are $40 per metre or 100x100 are $70 per metre

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

**We use backload trucks for most of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
