For example a typical 2200 wide x 1800 high spike top security or fence with the 95mm gaps and built Vertical bars and in Black, white or Dark grey would be $366.  That works out at $92 per SQM. This is a Cut to Size then flat packed as a DIY kit

The multi-purpose  top and bottom rail that we have developed have holes pre-punched every 95mm to give you a prefect vertical fence system that you can do DIY in any width or height that your job requires. These 2 horizontal rails per panel are supplied when height is 1800 or less.  Once it goes higher than 1800 we add a 3rd rail.  The rail screws to the bars and fully concealed behind a locked in alloy cover.  Security strong and no screws showing with a great looking finish.

The security bars are 25mm x 25mm and 1.2mm thick powder coated aluminum.  The horizontal rails can be mounted anywhere you like on the bars to allow attaching to your posts or building to be as flexible as possible,

The bars and rails come in 3 colours; Satin Black, Dark Grey or Gloss White.

DIY System

• Usually you fit you bottom and top rail around 15% of the overall slat length
• Fully concealed internal bar fixings

SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock

• You need to build the panels independently on a bench or the ground first
• Decide where the rail will screw to bars.  Typical way to decide is use 15% of the slat length.  Then use that as the intersection for the top and bottom rail to the slats.  So if bars are 2000mm long then use 300mm from top of bar to the rail and also 300 mm from bottom of slat to the rail. If you have a 3rd horizonal it usually goes 10% of bar down from top rail.
• There are 2 horizonal rails for each rail.  The one with the perfect fitting square is the top cover and the one with the screw holes and elongated holes is the bottom.  All 6 pieces need to have the bars slide through at the start
• Drop the bars in from the top so it goes through each hole then Tek with the special SILVER hex screw.
• Using a tape, measure down each bar from the top so they all line up before screwing.  Screw tops only.
• Once it is done screw also from the other side.
• Once completed screw in the bottom.  Normally no measurement is required for the bottom as the bottom rail should be firm and square.
• It will still move a little.  If your using for a rake then you may have needed to have lined up with rake before screwing tight.
• Fit the fence by connecting the 2 or 3 Horizontal 40x40 rails with their 2 brackets to the internal centre or edge of your post or pier on both sides.  
• Check level before screwing the bracket to the rails.
• If you need posts then 76x76m Posts are $40 per metre or 100x100 are $70 per metre

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

- When we quote you bar gaps are fixed at 95mm.  The bar and gap may not divide equally into your width so the first and last gap WILL BE DIFFERENT to the 95mm.  e will advise what the first and last gap is when we give you the installation instructions. Or ask us prior to the order. Bars  cant go within 30mm of the start and finish of the panel as the bracket holding the rail is there
