* You need to have DIY experience

* Price does not come with any posts - buying the extra roller kit will get you the U-Post and all parts needed to slide

* Heavy Duty alloy 76mm x 76mm posts are available from our warehouse at $40lm

* If buying our 76x76mm posts for the closed Post, the one when the gate receiver goes on then it is $40LM

* Instructions are not provided 

* Each install and each home is different.  You may need extra hardware or less hardware.

*At least 2 people needed to install

NOTE: We do not make custom sizes for these special Wrought Iron look.  They are all sold by the sizes we have here and in images. But If you want a standard Horizontal or Vertical SLAT gate we can custom make them for similar price.

The gates are all pre-made. You will need a car trailer  or truck to pick up you gates or we can deliver up and down the East Coast for the delivery fees below:
