or 1450 wide x 1400 deep and 1200 high with 16mm gaps & with a back wall & a swing gate = $1636 so around $278 per alloy square metre
- 5 x 76x76mm Posts - You can choose to get our concrete bases if connecting to slab or if not then we will cut your posts 400mm longer so you dig in ground
- Base model comes with the posts and 2 side walls and half front wall. With a 675mm gap to allow your bins to pass throught
- Hinges and Latch
- 0mm or 10mm or 16mm or 40mm spacers for between slats (you choose your size so we can quote)
- F-channels that connect to posts that allow the slats to slide into
- All the slats cut to size to suit your custom box. Each slat is 100mm high and 16m thick aluminium
- Optional Swing Gate can be ordered
- Optional Back Wall can be ordered
How to install the Bin Screening Kits kits
* You need to have DIY experience
* You need to have a concrete pad down to install posts on top. The post flange is 110mm x 140mm so your footing should be at least 50% to 100% larger. to taek the base plate.
* Of not concrete then we make the posts 400mm longer to allow you to install using your own holes and concrete
* There are 5 posts in any of our models so set them level on the tops and square
* Attach F-channels to posts starting 20mm down from the top of the posts. Depending on your height there will always be a gap at the bottom as the slats and gaps generally wont divide equally for the walls.
* Slide slats from the top down into your walls first getting them level across all angles and put a tek screw in each to start the base slat.
* If you have ordered the gate check the gate opening matches the gate size. The gate will be 20mm smaller than your opening allowing for latch and hinges
* Follow the gate instructions provided to build the gate and install hinges to the gate
* So after you have the 3 bottom slats and made the rectangle and have it square start sliding in the remainder of the slat walls.
*Before screwing all the above slats in, square the gate correctly
