EXAMPLE PRICE
For example, a typical 1200mm wide x 1500mm high louvre screen or fence with 24mm airflow gaps, built in a horizontal configuration and supplied in Satin Black, would cost around $408.
That works out to approximately $226 per SQM.
We are DIY only. We custom cut the kit to your sizes, then you assemble and install.

HEAVY DUTY LOUVRE SYSTEM
All our louvre slats are made from a heavy-duty 100mm x 16mm aluminium profile with 2 internal reinforcing ribs for extra strength.
The louvre side holders are a rigid aluminium extrusion with laser-cut slat openings that hold each slat on a fixed angle for a clean, architectural finish.

If the panel width exceeds 1600mm, a third centre support channel will be supplied for extra support.
Recommended maximum panel width: approximately 2400mm.
We also have an optional 65mm louvre slat system for customers wanting a more slimline louvre look.
POST OPTIONS
You can install these louvre screens between aluminium posts, brick piers, timber posts or steel posts.
We stock 76x76mm and 100x100mm aluminium posts.
Post colours include Satin Black, Gloss White, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Paperbark Cream, Deep Ocean Blue and Merbau-look Woodgrain.
Posts are $40 per linear metre cut to size and include post caps.
IMPORTANT HEIGHT INFORMATION
Because the slats inside the side channels are fixed spacing, the overall heights work in set increments.
For example, 1500mm high is a fixed system height. Heights increase or decrease in approximately 106.5mm increments.
If custom heights do not align correctly, visible gaps or unused holes may appear in the side channels.

SIMPLE DIY INSTALLATION
- Most customers assemble the panels flat on the ground first
- Slide the slats into the laser-cut side channels
- Remove protective film only where the slats insert into the channels
- Fix the first slat level using the supplied TEC screws
- Continue installing the remaining slats one at a time
- Carefully align the opposite side channel onto all slats
- Lift the completed panel into position
- Screw from behind where possible to minimise visible fixings
- Fit the supplied caps to the top and bottom of the side channels
All screws required for panel assembly are included.
