* However most customers use our standard templates to make over 25 different products in slats for around the home.  This is then supplied in kit form and flat packed for you to assemble and install yourself.

HOW WE DO OUR FAST QUOTES

  • Easy, SMS 0414237573 me your sizes of the gaps between your posts.  Usually no wider than 2400mm panels or 6000mm wide for sliders, buts it's DIY, so we can cut to any size.
  • We DO NOT do site inspections and we do not install slats - We are a fast, reliable price conscience supplier to you
  • Our internal quoting system can give you a price in minutes if we are online
  • We cut slats on Tuesdays and Thursday so have your order in the day before at least
  • Yes we can cut your job in 48 hours (2 working days), which is unheard off anywhere in Australia, but we have been doing that for 12 years.


SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW AS AN EXAMPLE FOR FENCE & SCREEN BUILDING

  • Concrete our 76x76 post in the Ground or on concrete Pad (we supply in other listings the posts or flanged base plates).  Generally use a maximum 2400mm slat opening span but we are custom so can work with your size.  You can use your own posts or existing posts.
  • Connect an F-Channel to internal centre of post on both sides
  • Insert first slat, get it level & Tec Screw it through the concealed screw section (screws are free)
  • Leave your gap & we provide free 10mm, 16mm or 40mm gap inserts
  • Insert next slat, etc.
  • Add cover strip over F-Channel to conceal screws (free with F-Channel)
  • Add black caps to the top of F-Channel to dress up (free with F-Channel)
  • If span is 1800mm or more add a U Channel on back to brace for $30 a 4m piece or included in our DIY kits
  • As we hand measure and cut, our tolerance is 3-6mm on any panel. All of my products are outdoors.

    • Black, Teak and Grey are a matt/satin finish
