OUR EXCLUSIVE DIY SYSTEM
Unlike traditional welded security fencing, our exclusive concealed rail system allows every panel to be custom manufactured to your exact size.
The rails are factory punched every 95mm to produce perfectly aligned vertical bars. Once assembled, the aluminium cover locks over the rail, completely hiding all screws for a clean architectural finish.
Panels up to 1800mm high include two rails. Panels above 1800mm receive a third rail for additional strength.

We stock both 76x76mm and 100x100mm aluminium posts.
INSTALLATION
Every kit includes assembly instructions.
- Build the panel on a flat surface.
- Slide bars through the punched rails.
- Secure using the supplied fixings.
- Clip the aluminium covers into place.
- Fix the completed panel between your posts.
Only basic DIY tools are required. No welding or special equipment needed.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
- A $100 deposit is required for each custom panel order.
- Production runs every Tuesday and Thursday.
- Manufacturing tolerance ±3–6mm.
- Bar spacing is fixed at 95mm. End gaps may vary slightly depending on panel width.

- Single panels can usually be shipped Australia-wide for $120.
