Sizes: Custom made, usually up to 3000mm wide and 3 to 6 slats high.
Slat Colours: White, Black and Dark Grey
H-Channel and 5mm Galvanised Bar Colours: Black, White and Dark Grey
Finish: Powder-coated aluminium components.
MEASUREMENTS
- H-Channels are cut to your required height and are 44mm wide.
- Our standard fence topper slats are 65mm high x 16mm thick and cut to your required width.
- 100mm and 38mm slat options are also available.
- Slat gaps can be 0mm, 10mm, 16mm or 40mm.
- We usually recommend panel widths up to 3000mm wide.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR A QUOTE
Please send us:
- Each individual panel width, measured from the centre of one post to the centre of the next post.
- Your required finished height or whether you want 3, 4, 5 or 6 slats high.
- Your preferred slat colour.
- Your preferred gap: 0mm, 10mm, 16mm or 40mm.
Important: Do not send your total frontage only. We need the width and height of each separate panel.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE KIT
- 65mm aluminium slats cut to your required lengths.
- H-Channels cut to your required height.
- Spacers for 10mm, 16mm or 40mm gaps.
- Brace channels for longer slats over 1800mm wide.
- 5mm-thick galvanised bars that slide inside the H-Channels.
- Screws to connect the aluminium components.
- Cover strips to conceal the screws.
- Caps for the tops of the H-Channels.
- Final end H-Channel.
65MM SLAT FENCE TOPPER HEIGHT GUIDE
The finished heights below are calculated using 65mm-high aluminium slats. The total height includes the slats and the gaps between each slat.

Example: Six 65mm slats with five 10mm gaps create a finished fence topper height of approximately 440mm.
PRICING
The listed price is a rough price per square metre for a fence topper.
Price example: A fence topper measuring 2400mm wide x 440mm high, made with 6 x 65mm slats and 10mm gaps, would be approximately $215 per square metre.
Every fence topper is custom quoted according to its size, colour, slat quantity and gap selection.
HOW TO INSTALL THE FENCE TOPPER KIT
This is a DIY product, so basic DIY experience is required.
- Slide the 5mm galvanised bar into the H-Channel.
- Fix the first H-Channel to your existing fence or post.
- Use a spirit level to make sure the channel is square.
- Install each H-Channel in the centre of the existing fence post.
- Start with the bottom slat, then add the spacer, next slat and next spacer until all slats are installed.
- Add one screw through the channel into the end of each slat.
- Clip or slide the cover strips into position to conceal the screws.
