Our factory-direct DIY railing system makes it simple!
We supply a custom-sized RECTANGULAR aluminium panel in flat-pack pieces, complete with swivel brackets. YOU cut the required angles and assemble the railing onsite to suit your stairs.
Our system features heavy-duty vertical aluminium slats, concealed screws, durable powder-coated finishes and adjustable swivel brackets.
We DO NOT supply a finished, pre-angled stair railing.
We cut the aluminium components to your requested RECTANGULAR panel dimensions.
You then cut the vertical slats to the correct angles, assemble the panel and fit the swivel brackets onsite.
We recommend allowing at least 200mm extra panel height for your angled cuts. More may be required depending on the staircase angle and slat dimensions.
You are responsible for calculating the rectangular material dimensions and final cutting requirements.

CHOOSE YOUR VERTICAL SLAT GAPS
Choose from the following nominal gaps:

Because panels are custom sized, the first and last slat gaps may vary slightly where the overall width does not divide evenly into the selected slat and gap combination.

Our 80 × 50mm rails are made using interlocking 50mm and 30mm aluminium channel profiles.
The concealed screw channel may require DIY trimming or modification when fitting the swivel brackets and adjusting the rail angle.
The cut ends of the vertical slats are concealed inside the channels, creating a professional finish without exposed fixing screws.
SWIVEL BRACKETS SUPPLIED
Our adjustable swivel brackets allow the top and bottom rails to connect to your posts at the required stair angle.

HOW TO MEASURE, ORDER & INSTALL
STEP 1 - MEASURE YOUR STAIRS
Measure the required railing length along the stair slope and determine your finished railing height.
STEP 2 - ALLOW EXTRA MATERIAL
Because the vertical slats require angled cuts, allow extra height when ordering your rectangular panel.
We recommend at least 200mm additional height. The actual amount required depends on the stair angle, slat dimensions and your cutting method.
STEP 3 - SEND US YOUR RECTANGULAR SIZE
Provide the WIDTH and HEIGHT of the rectangular material you want supplied, plus your colour and preferred slat gaps.
STEP 4 - WE CUT YOUR ORDER
We cut your aluminium profiles to the requested rectangular measurements and supply them flat packed in individual pieces.
STEP 5 - YOU CUT THE ANGLES
At your property, measure and cut the vertical slats to match the angle of your staircase.
STEP 6 - ASSEMBLE THE RAILING
Fit the slats into the top and bottom channels, make any required rail adjustments and secure the concealed fixing system.
STEP 7 - FIT THE SWIVEL BRACKETS
Adjust the brackets to your stair angle and securely attach the completed railing to your posts.
Our products are supplied as cut-to-size rectangular components, NOT fully assembled stair railings.
All final angled cutting, assembly, fitting, trimming and installation are completed by the customer.
We do not calculate or pre-cut the final stair angle.
CUTTING TOLERANCES
Allow approximately 2–3mm tolerance for factory cutting.
Please check all dimensions carefully before ordering and allow sufficient material for final onsite trimming.
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
Stair railings, balustrades and barriers must comply with applicable Australian building requirements for their intended use.
Customers must confirm the required railing height, openings, structural loads, fixings and suitability of the proposed design.
Additional requirements may apply to elevated areas, decks, balconies and pool barriers.
Profile dimensions alone do not establish compliance. Obtain professional advice where required before installation.
