OUR EXCLUSIVE DIY SYSTEM
Unlike traditional welded security fencing, our exclusive concealed fixing rail system allows every panel to be custom manufactured to your exact size.
The rails are factory punched every 95mm to ensure perfectly aligned vertical bars. Once assembled, the aluminium cover locks over the rail, completely concealing all fixings for a clean architectural finish.
Panels up to 1800mm high include two rails. Panels over 1800mm high include a third rail for additional strength and rigidity.

We stock both 76×76mm and 100×100mm aluminium posts.
INSTALLATION
Every kit includes easy-to-follow assembly instructions.
- Build the panel on a flat surface.
- Slide the bars through the pre-punched rails.
- Secure using the supplied fixings.
- Clip the aluminium covers into place.
- Fix the completed panel between your posts.
Only basic DIY tools are required. No welding or specialised equipment required.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
- A $100 deposit is required on all locally collected custom-made panel orders.
- Production runs every Tuesday and Thursday.
- Manufacturing tolerance: ±3–6mm.
- Bar spacing is fixed at 95mm. End gaps may vary slightly depending on the panel width.
DELIVERY
- Single panels can usually be shipped Australia-wide for $120.
