• Top Rail: 60mm wide x 45mm high Heritage curved profile
• Bottom Rail: 33mm wide x 30mm high matching bottom rail
• Recommended Max Span: circa 2200mm between posts
• Centre Support Leg: supplied on panels wider than 1700mm
• System: concealed slot-together design with no visible screws through slats
• Brackets: can conceal up to approx. 40mm of post alignment variation
• Stair Brackets: swivel stair brackets available

Slat Options

Standard vertical slats are 100x16mm.

Optional upgrade slats are available in 65x16mm and 40x16mm in selected colours including Gloss White, Satin Black and Monument.

Post Options

These balustrades can be installed between aluminium posts, timber posts, steel posts or other suitable structures.

Matching 76x76mm powder-coated aluminium posts are available at approximately $40 per lineal metre.

Concrete post base plates are approximately $35 each.

Stairs & Raked Panels

We supply swivel angle brackets for stair balustrades, raked balustrades and sloping installations.

We do not cut angled panels at the factory. Order an oversized rectangular panel and trim the angle yourself during installation. Cut edges are concealed inside the rail profiles and brackets.

Simple DIY Installation

1. Fix bottom rail brackets to the inside faces of your posts
2. Install the bottom rail
3. Insert the first spacer
4. Insert the first slat
5. Continue alternating spacers and slats
6. Position the top rail over the slats
7. Secure the top rail brackets
8. Insert the remaining top rail spacers

Important Order Information

• $100 deposit required for custom local pickup orders
• Most orders are cut within 48 hours
• Orders are wrapped and dispatched approximately 1–2 business days after cutting
• Protective film is left on the material for transport
• Please allow approximately 3–6mm manufacturing tolerance
• Gap sizes refer to the space between slats only

Slat and gap spacing may not divide evenly into every panel width. If this happens, the first and last gaps may vary slightly.
