How to Get Fast Prices

- SMS me your size to 0414237573

- Tell me what height and width between your posts (usually a max width span is 3000mm)

- If you want a seamless look then its a MAX of 5400mm wide, but YOU still need a supporting post behind

- Tell me colour of slats, either White or Black or Dark Grey

- If using 100mm pickets, Tell me if you want 20mm or 60mm or 100mm gaps between the aluminum slat pickets

- If using 65mm pickets, Tell me if you want 15mm or 55mm or 95mm gaps between the aluminum slat pickets

For example a typical 2200 wide x 1200 high 100mm picket fence with 100mm gaps and built Vertical slats and in Black, White or Dark grey would be $374.  That works out at $142 per SQM. This is a Cut to Size then flat packed as a DIY kit

The multi-purpose  top and bottom rail that we have developed have holes pre-punched every 40mm to give you a prefect vertical fence system that you can do DIY in any width or height that your job requires. There are 2 horizontal rails per panel and allow the screws to sit inside then an aluminum cover conceals all the fixings for a great looking finish.

Select your between each picket width to get an accurate quote.  Obviously the closer the pickets, the more privacy but also the more aluminum is used so higher the price:

The slat pickets are 100mm x 16mm or 65mm x 16mm.  The screw connection system is super strong with our internal ribs inside the pickets, the extrusion is connected using the included 4 x fasteners each picket.

The slats and rails come in 3 colours; Satin Black, Dark Grey or Gloss White.

DIY System

• The only supplier of DIY aluminium pickets in Australia with 2 internal ribs for strength and screw connection

• Usually you fit you bottom and top rail around 10% of the overall slat length
• Fully concealed rear fixings
• Caps for the top and bottom of each blade; Either black or dark grey or white plastic caps
• Plugs provided for excess holes in horizontal rail.  Half of our customers do not use them. Either black or white

SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock

• Connect the top and bottom 40x40 rail with the 2 brackets to the internal centre or edge of your post or pier on both sides.  Use the speed sheet cutting listing we provide to know while hole the first slat goes into.  NOTE: It may not be the first visible hole
• Decide where the rail will screw to blades.  Typical way to decide is use 10% of the picket length.  Then use that as the intersection for the top and bottom rail to the slats.  So if slats are 1200mm long then use 120mm from top of slat to the rail and also 120mm from bottom of slat to the rail.
• Using a tape, measure down each slat edge from the top with a bright marker
• Mark the slat centre for screw
• Using 2 people screw the first slat picket through the predrilled hole in rail then into the picket of the slat on that mark.
• Continue the entire rail with top screws.  Use the predrilled hole for 1 screw.  Then add a 2nd self tap screw next to it.
• Once completed screw in the bottom.  Normally no measurement is required for the bottom as the bottom rail should be firm and square
• Leave your gap between slats as shown on speed sheet.
• If you need posts then 76x76m Posts are $40 per metre or 100x100 are $70 per metre

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

- When we quote you slat gaps (15mm or 55mm or 95mm) this will be the gap between the slats.  The slat and gap may not divide equally into your width so we will advise what that gap is when we give you the installation instructions. Or ask us prior to the order. Slats cant go within 30mm of the start and finish as the bracket holding the rail is there

**We use backload trucks for most of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
